2. Personal data we process
Bajsögat AB processes no personal data about you beyond what you choose to submit via the contact form or email. The fictional platform described on the site collects no real data. In concrete terms, this means the following:
- The contact form processes the data you enter (name, organisation, email address, subject and message) in order to answer your enquiry. The data is forwarded via our email provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to our inbox and is kept no longer than necessary to handle the matter.
- Email you send to info@bajsogat.com is received in our inbox and processed in order to reply to you. We keep no separate record beyond the inbox.
- Search forms or log-in do not exist on the site. No accounts can be created.
- Technical server logs are handled by our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA) as part of their infrastructure operations, in accordance with their own privacy policy. Bajsögat AB does not have access to identifiable visitor data via these logs.
3. Legal basis and purpose
Processing of the data you submit via the contact form or email relies on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679) — our and your shared interest in your enquiry being received and answered. No further processing of personal data takes place in connection with visits to the website.
4. Retention period
Data submitted via the contact form or email is kept only as long as necessary to handle and answer your enquiry, and is deleted thereafter. Otherwise the site makes no writes to a database, local storage or cookies on the visitor's device.
5. Cookies and tracking
- No first-party cookies are set.
- No third-party cookies are permitted.
- No analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, etc.) are embedded.
- No tracking pixels, social media buttons or ad networks are active.
- No third-party scripts are executed beyond what is required for basic rendering (Next.js + Vercel).
6. Recipients and transfers
The data you submit via the contact form is processed by our email provider Resend, Inc. (USA) as a data processor, in order to deliver the message to our inbox. Transfer to a third country relies on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Hosting-related data traffic takes place via Vercel Inc., with servers within the EU/EEA for the European region. Otherwise no personal data is shared with recipients.

As a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights vis-à-vis the data controller. As the only processing concerns the contact details you submit yourself, the basis is limited, but the rights apply in full and you may at any time request access, rectification or erasure.
