About the role
Bajsögat AB's unit for federated sanitation intelligence is seeking a senior analyst. The position is based at the head office in Stockholm and entails responsibility for the development and operation of statistical models for the identification of repeat-offence patterns in municipal dog-latrine compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical models for the identification of repeat-offence behaviour.
- Manage data flows between municipalities within the framework of BÖ-FED v3.
- Present analysis results to the Oversight Council and to politically appointed supervisory bodies.
- Review and quality-assure automatically generated cases before forwarding them to case officers.
- Assist the municipal solicitor in preparing for prosecution.
Qualification requirements
- A degree of at least 240 higher-education credits in statistics, data analysis, criminology or equivalent.
- At least five years of documented experience in operational intelligence analysis.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Python and Bayesian methods.
- Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- An approved security clearance to PSA level 2 is a precondition for employment.
Desirable
- Experience from Palantir, Anduril, Helsing or an equivalent analysis platform.
- A background in the intelligence operations of the Swedish Police Authority, MUST or FRA.
- Previous work with the EU AI Act, Annex III.
- An academic publication in surveillance ethics or predictive policing.

About the role
Bajsögat AB is seeking a civil coordinator for the Acus Kamera pilot project, which runs in six municipalities during the period 2026–2027. The role is field-based and entails ongoing contact with municipal administration, dog owners and the general public.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of Acus units in the pilot municipalities.
- Conduct outreach activities directed at municipal companies, the voluntary sector and housing cooperatives.
- Handle citizen reports via the Oversight Council portal.
- Carry out field interviews and documentation visits at selected observation points.
- Compile monthly reports for the commissioning municipality.
Qualification requirements
- Post-secondary education in communication, political science or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience working with the public sector or civil-society coordination.
- A category B driving licence.
- Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Desirable
- Experience from municipal companies, a tenants' association or a housing-cooperative board.
- Previous work as a community safety host, security officer or equivalent.
- A personal reporting practice maintained since an early age.
- Completed training in conflict management.
